It’s Time to Get Healthy!
During a recent “team meeting” at my 9-to-5 job (yes I have a REAL job too), our company announced a new fitness competition that will be taking place. Basically our CEO declared that he was tired of seeing unhealthy people and he wanted to help us take better care of ourselves by dangling a little monetary motivation in our face. I won’t discuss the numbers, but it peaked my interest.
Now, if you’ve seen my videos or a recent photo of me, you know that I’m not in the best shape… So, I have decided to give in and finally start focusing on my health. Therefore I will soon be launching a new website completely dedicated to my weight loss progress and my newly revamped lifestyle. My hope is that some of you might join me on this journey and share your struggles as I share mine. This, like so many things in business, is a marathon, not a sprint. I don’t plan to drop 100lbs by next Friday, but I do intend to finally be successful and make it so I’m around for my friends and family for many years to come.
I’ll post new details soon, but I just wanted to share my plans with you. I hope to hear from some of you soon. Oh, and even if you’re already in like tip-top shape… I wouldn’t mind a few words of encouragement either. I’m just saying’

Good luck Justin!
Good luck with that, and if that site goes really on, I'm interested in following with my own progress, was thinking in doing something like that, but lack of time/motivation killed the idea.
I'm with ya Antonio. The site will be live soon. Hope to have a section for people to contribute their own story! We can do this
It's never too late to get healthy. A good friend of mine entered a similar office competition two years ago, decided he would run for exercise, discovered he liked it, dropped over 100lbs and eventually ran a marathon.
I myself have been battling weight in recent years, and blogged about it http://ajwood.com/gethealthy
I've gone from 225lbs, and currently hover right around 200lbs. That's the number I can't seem to break, although I know I need more exercise in my get healthy plan.
I do attribute my recent success to better diet, and I'm using a Shakeology as a meal replacement. http://myshakeology.com/esuite/home/ajwood2/ I'm also using Fitness Pal on the iPhone to track calories.
Let me know when the new website is up… I'm trying to redesign my existing website to host all my topics in one spot. Maybe I should be thinking different domains as well.
Good luck man! We need a healthy Photoshop expert!
